How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged shoe box.
Are the products on WOODstack authentic?
Absolutely. We are an authorized retailer for every brand we carry, including Nike, Jordan, UGG, and The North Face. We guarantee 100% authenticity on all merchandise.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are working on expanding our logistics to serve our global community in the near future.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
